Here is one of my recipe which I tried when some guests came to my place for dinner. There were lot of green peas lying in my fridge so, I thought of making use of them. I made the cutlets and here is the recipe. Hope you will like it.

Ingredients:

1. 2 cups green peas
2. 1 Boiled potato
3. 4-5 Green chillies
4. 1/2 cup spreen onion greens(finely chopped)
5. Piece of ginger (2 inches long and finely chopped)
6. Salt to taste
7. Anaardana powder (Dried pomegranate powder)
8. 1 tsp Cumin (Jeera)
9. 1 tbsp cornflour
10. Few raisins


Method:

1. Take a wok(kadhai)
2. Add 2 tbsp oil
3. Add the cumin, chopped ginger and onions
4. Saute them till onions turn little golden in color
5. Add green peas and cook them till they become little soft
6. Put off the flame. Add salt, anaardana powder and chopped green chillies
7. Keep it aside for 10 minutes and let it cool
8. Now add mashed potato and cornflour to the peas. Mix them well.
9. Make cutlets out of the mixture and add 2 raisins in the middle of the cutlets.
10. Shallow fry the cutlets
11. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green mint chutney
